WHAT DOES THE CLIENT NEED TO SUPPLY?

Nothing!  You don't even need to be home.  Most clients provide us with
a key as we are insured and bonded.

HOW ARE YOU PAID?

Just leave a check on the counter!

ARE EMPLOYEES BETTER THAN CONTRACTORS?

Many years ago we chose to utilize employees rather than
sub-contractors.  This method insures the client that the payroll taxes
and worker's comp are taken care of.   Liabilities and tax issues should
not be a concern to the client.  Let that be our worry.

ARE THE SAME PEOPLE CLEANING MY HOUSE EVERY TIME?

Yes!  We are a small company by choice and have very little turnover
in staff.  This insures the client of a consistent quality of service.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No!  We don't believe in keeping clients through a document.  We would
rather have clients retain us because of the excellence of our efforts.

IF MY HOUSE HAS SPECIAL NEEDS MAY I SUPPLY
MY OWN PRODUCTS?

Of course!  When you receive your free estimate you can customize
the cleaning to fit your needs and desires.  After all it is your home.
